Double Apple Watt Pottery

The Double Apple watt pottery pattern was introduced between 1959 and 1962.  Everyone believes the real name of this pattern is Watt Pottery Crab Apple rather than Watt Pottery Double Apple.  For some reason, many pieces of Double Apple have a gritty or sandy feeling to them and appear to have dark specks in the glaze.  The Double Apple Watt Pottery pattern is very collectible today but many pieces are getting very hard to find.  The Watt Pottery Double Apple pieces fetch more prices then many of the other Watt Pottery patterns.  Many people love to collect the Watt Pottery Double Apple creamers.
